We are excited to announce a major update for Neolithic, our TERA Online server, launching on Friday.

Time zone conversion:

• September 19, 2025 - 12pm PST

• September 19, 2025 - 3pm EST

• September 19, 2025 - 9pm CEST

This update introduces powerful new features, balance changes, and bug fixes — plus an infrastructure milestone:

The Neolithic server is now powered by Citadel, our upgraded physical hardware platform. This means improved performance, stability, and scalability. In addition, a new private test server has been deployed to trial future updates without impacting live gameplay.

Shops & Vendors
Tikat Shop Expansion – All premium store items are now available. Guardian Vendor Rework – Inventory and rewards have been refreshed for Guardian activities.

Progression Systems
New Enchanting System – Endgame gear now has a 100% enchant success rate with exponential cost scaling. Joy of Partying – Converted into a permanent buff for all players.
Dungeons & Raids,

Leveling Dungeons – All leveling dungeons now support 5 players. AQ Dungeon Adjustments – Boss HP reduced by 15%; second boss ATK reduced by 10%. Ghillieglade Loot – Overhauled to provide significantly more useful rewards. Boss Reset Mechanic – Dungeon bosses now reset skill cooldowns upon death.

Dungeons & Raids

PvP, Guilds & Open World
Civil Unrest / City Battles – Minimum player requirement lowered from 5 → 3.

World Bosses – Re-enabled during Civil Unrest with updated timers:

• 1st BAM: 5 minutes

• 2nd BAM: 10 minutes

• 3rd BAM: 30 minutes

Guild War Start Time – Moved earlier from 20:00 PDT → 18:00 PDT.

Guild Progression – Reward pots grant more gold to the top 3 guilds.

Guild EXP gains increased based on ranking.

Fixes & Quality of Life
Academy Cap (All Variants) – Removed from Dressing Room due to crashes affecting male characters. Trade Broker Fix – Premium benefit members (all players) now list items for 0 gold as intended.Fixes & Quality of Life
